This is my personal experience I do same as I told you below, I got approval using the same trick or tip. In my case I got approval in 1 month.
If you want ad-sense approval fast just follow the few simple and easy instructions carefully :-
1. Make your blog or use can make website.
2. Then post 80-100% original articles.
3. If possible post articles daily.
4. Then just promoting your site or blog and try to increase traffic.
5. Wait for 1-2 months.
6. You can make blog or site according to you interest. For example :- Gprs Tricks, Free Stuffs, Technology, etc.
7. Check if content is unique and original using COPYSCAPE.
8. Then just apply for the ad-sense.
9. If you don't get approval don't stop posting article keep posting article.
10. Then reapply after sometime.
