This trick is not mine I am only sharing the trick.
Just follow the few very simple and steps :-
1. Create a new access point setting in your mobile.
2. Just write account name as TricksHome.
3. APN as Celloneportal.
4. Proxy as 192.168.87.163.
5. Port as 8080.
6. Just use Home Page as the (wap.yahoo.com).
7. Now just the setting and use it for free surfing and also downloading.
8. If you want to use this trick in PC you can also do this.

Go to setting and find network setting or some thing like this in that their is an option for making an access point.
