For users which is on PC follow this steps :-

1. Connect using APN as aircelgprs on your PC.

2. After that use one of the address shown in given screen shot in your web browser :-

For users which is on Mobile follow this steps :-

1. Firstly download any Operamini handler by using google or any other source.

2. Then open handler and select  type of proxy as a host.

3. And enter one of the proxy :- 0.fb.com Or 0.facebook.com

Note :- Try this trick zero balance if not working in zero balance then try it in 1 rs. balance.
