This trick is not mine I am just sharing the trick which is scattered over the web.
Just Follow The Instructions For Using This Trick :-

1. Connect with Vodafone using Portalnmms
3. Then Extract it and Start Tor Browser.
4. After that Click on Setting and Tick on "I Use a Proxy to Access the Internet" and "My ISP Blocks Connections to the Tor Browser"
5. Now in "I Use a Proxy to Access the Internet" Enter 10.10.1.100 as a Address and Port as 9401 and Just Leave Username and Password Field Blank and Select Type as Http/Https.
6. Now in "My ISP Blocks Connections to the Tor Browser" in Big Box Just type 91.123.201.203:9001 Now Hit Enter and Write in Second Line as 37.235.49.14:443
7. If you want to Download with IDM Just Enter this Proxy in IDM But Firstly Tick on "Use Socks" in IDM and on "Socks 5" After that and Enter this Proxy 127.0.0.1(Soket Server Address) and 9050 (Port).
